Does my supplier have to sign up for anything?

No. Your supplier keeps replying to email exactly as they do now, and the record builds either way. If they do join the room, they get their own view of the same record, including the drawing revision, the approved deviation and the agreed date, plus a private channel to Manufex and access to Concierge on their side: secondary processing, material sourcing, inspection, outbound logistics, FAIR and PPAP collation. Their choice, on their timeline.

What happens when Manufex gets something wrong?

A recorded event is corrected by flagging it; the correction sits alongside the original with its own source. Nothing consequential was ever decided by software. Anything touching price, scope, spec or date needs a named person to approve it.

Are you a quoting marketplace?

No. Most orders are with suppliers you already have. Sourcing is a service you can ask for when you need a second source. It is not the product.

Does this replace our ERP?

No. Your ERP holds the PO and the invoice. Manufex holds everything that happened between them, and writes back to your ERP where it needs to.

What does it cost?

$2,500 a month for six users, $300 per additional user. Concierge work is quoted per request before it starts. Partner services carry a margin you can see on the record. No commission or percentage on your orders.

Can you handle export-controlled work?

ITAR screening runs on every order. Flagged orders are email-only with named participants, watermarked downloads, a full access log, and third-party approval forced on.
